We accelerate
your digital transformation.
Our approach is simple, fresh and goal-oriented. It is based on recognized innovation methods
and is iteratively structured - in consulting cycles with clear output and fixed prices.

Background
A complex market environment
The market environment driven by digitalization is radically changing processes, products and services. A market environment characterized by complexity and ambiguity that causes uncertainty and thus volatility (VUCA).
Companies have to adapt to the changed competitive environment in order not to lose the connection. Our consulting approach promises an answer to these challenges.
Our Approach
to master this market environment
We think in target dimensions: Profitability is the potential earning power underlying an innovation. Technology considers feasibility aspects in order to implement the solution desired by the user (desirability). When we approach consulting projects, we focus on solutions in the intersections of the three target dimensions.

Prototyping enables us to quickly test desirable aspects.
We use the knowledge gained in further iterations. This iterative validation not only makes us fast, but also extremely cost-efficient.

Prototyping Sprint
CHF 6500.-
kick off
The prototyping sprint starts with a kick-off where the idea is discussed. The workshop should identify the benefits of the idea and the stakeholders it is aimed at.
ideation
workshop
We use Design Thinking as a methodology to define personas and user stories together with you. The aim of this workshop is to extend the idea from the user's point of view.
synthesis
We synthesize the collected ideas and information. We eruiren critical features, which should be tested with the prototype and create a Requirement Framework. And we source the necessary competencies to create the prototype from our network.
rapid
prototyping
We start by bringing the idea to life. We start with a user-journey mapping and implement this in the form of a "low-resolution" prototype.
testing
Then it is tested for the first time whether the prototype meets the requirements of the framework. The prototype is adapted on the basis of the feedback from the testing.
This iteration is repeated several times.
design
The visual appearance is sharpened. As you should be able to test the prototype with your customers.
delivery
You will receive the prototype including an integrated feedback function and a user manual. We will also send you a short project documentation.

Transformation Loop
We advise in cycles.
The basic cycle consists of an analysis (1), ideation and innovation process (2).
Based on the findings of a digital diagnosis, a tangibile solution approach results in the form of a Minumum Viable Products (MVP). This first MVP 1.0 can map a product, service or process.

e-assessment
Problem Space
1.
The digital diagnosis to identify problem areas and opportunities.
Project
Kick off
In a structured workshop we identify problem areas and potentials in connection with your company, your market or market segment or your product or service offering. The workshop design is aimed at comparing and evaluating several potential opportunities and problem areas.
Benchmarking
In benchmarking, we are inspired by how other companies approach these or similar opportunities or problem areas. It does not matter whether the companies are active in the same industry or not.
Interviews
Interviews are an important part of e-assessments. It can be important that you provide us with contacts to internal and external stakeholders.
Challenge
Definition
After we have gathered enough knowledge, we define together which opportunities or problems will be brought into focus for the project. Once the challenge is defined, we put together a project team based on the required skills and experience.
Persona
Development
Then we first deal with the users for whom we want to solve a problem.
This iteration is repeated several times.
User Journey
Mapping
Once we've determined who we're going to solve a problem for, we'll look at the context: we create and analyze user journeys.
Value-Gap
Analyse
Based on the user journeys, we create a value gap analysis that identifies value creation potentials. This enables us to derive focused requirements for the subsequent Ideation Loop.
We generate user-centered solutions in an iterative process.

Week 4
The ideation cycle can be repeated at will. With each iteration, the resolution of the prototype increases until it is ready for the market. We accompany this process and call in specialists if required.
We also charge a fixed price for subsequent iterations, because we determine the price according to context and effort. An iteration is included in the Ideation Loop.
2.
Ideation Loops
Solution Space
Ideate
We synthesize the collected information from the e-assessment and start generating ideas for potential solutions. Based on a selection process, we then decide which ideas to tangibilise.
Build
We identify critical features of the ideas and create requirement frameworks. Then we make the ideas tangible: We create prototypes.
Measure
We test the prototypes with the relevant stakeholders.
Learn
With the feedback received, the prototype is now improved. Non-validated features are discarded, new ones are integrated. Thus the quality of the prototype increases in each loop.

The Business Model Navigator is a process-oriented methodology for the development of business models. This takes place in four phases (initiation, brainstorming, integration and implementation) and with the help of special techniques. The core of this process is the technology developed by the University of St. Gallen for brainstorming innovative business models using 55 business patterns.
Design Thinking
Design Thinking is an innovation method, which is based on an iterative process of
provides user- and customer-oriented results for solving complex problems (Uebernickel et. al, 2015). We are convinced that Design Thinking creates access to innovations that cannot be achieved with traditional management tools.
The aim is to focus on customer benefits and thus to enable creative and extraordinary ideas that help to make the company fit for the future.

Lean Startup
The Lean Startup Methodology is a startup-inspired methodology for making rapid and validated progress in the development of new products and services.
The Lean Startup Principles are applicable to almost every industry and every type of business. It is the answer to the question of how we can find out more quickly what works and what doesn't.
St.Gallen Business Model Navigator
90% of business model innovations are based on recombinations of 55 business patterns (Gassmann et.al, 2013).
